Full Journal pdf2005-05-08 House Journal Page 1807 SB 110 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 7, 2005, calendar (page 1709), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 110(FIN) "An Act relating to regulation of the discharge of pollutants under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System." Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 110(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Weyhrauch: Page 5, line 25, following "Agency.": Insert "The workgroup will provide public notification of its meetings and will make available to the public minutes of its meetings." Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There was objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Moses be excused from a call of the House for the remainder of this legislative day.
